Users can expect a similar experience to Volaby on the web when completing tasks and training via the Volaby app. All task and field types are available.
When opening the Volaby app, users will be prompted to complete any outstanding incomplete or expired tasks. Tapping 'Tasks to complete' in the 'For You' section will navigate to the Tasks page. To view or access this page otherwise, navigate to the 'Actions' tab and click 'Tasks'.
To view and edit a completed task (depending on organisation settings), press the task box, followed by 'Edit' in the top right corner.
To complete an incomplete task, press the task box. You will be prompted to complete all required fields to save.
Some tasks may require the upload of documents and images. You can manage Volaby's access to your photos and files when first uploading, or in your device's app settings.
