The Volaby app has been built to revolutionise the volunteer experience when attending activities and completing reports. Users will have access to all the information they are use to when using Volaby on the web, but will be served time-sensitive views to encourage check-ins and report completion.
Home Tab
The 'Home' tab delivers much of the important information you need to keep informed. The page will adapt to display components as rosters and activities are occurring or require user action.
Actions
Complete Report
Click the 'Activity Report' button, or navigate to the Actions > Activity Report page and follow the prompts. You will be asked to complete a report in a manner similar to Volaby on the web.
Check-In
Click the 'Check In' button in the Happening Soon or Happening Now component, or navigate to a roster and find the 'Check In' button in the bottom actions menu.
Check-Out
Click the 'Check Out' button in the Happening Soon or Happening Now component, or navigate to a roster and find the 'Check Out' button in the bottom actions menu.
Users will only be able to 'Check Out' once they have been checked-in by themselves or a manager.
Users will be reminded on each app login if they have a session or roster they are yet to check out from.
