Volaby uses Google Maps across the platform to help volunteers see where activities are and to ensure addresses are accurate.
Where Google Maps is used
On activity pages and the Volaby app, volunteers can see a map showing where an activity takes place and get directions
When entering an activity location, addresses are looked up and validated through Google Maps as you type
On roster cards and My Elements, location links open in Google Maps so volunteers know exactly where to go
In the Volunteer Database, the location search feature uses Google Maps to find volunteers near an address
No setup required
Google Maps is included with every Volaby account at no additional cost. There's nothing to configure β it works automatically wherever addresses and locations are used.
