Written by Volaby Support
Updated today

Suspending a program hides it from volunteers without removing any data. Volunteers can no longer access the program's activities, but they remain enrolled and all rosters, reports and history are preserved. You can reactivate the program at any time.

Suspending a program

  1. Navigate to Program Management and select the program

  2. Click the Active button in the top right

  3. Select Suspend

  4. Read the confirmation and click Suspend Program

Reactivating a suspended program

  1. Navigate to Program Management and select the suspended program

  2. Click the Suspended button in the top right

  3. Select Activate

The program is reactivated immediately and volunteers can access its activities again.

What happens when a program is suspended

  • Volunteers remain enrolled but can't see or access the program's activities

  • Activities, rosters and all historical data are preserved

  • The program stays visible to Admins in Program Management
