What to do when your activity won't save

If you are experiencing issues saving information, please double check you have entered the location or address correctly.

When entering the location of an activity or a post/mailing address you will need ensure you select an option from the drop down menu. As you type in your address, suggestions of the full address will be generated.

Please select the corresponding address from the drop down menu as below.

NOTE: If you need to provide more detail about the address, eg; a specific building name or directions, or none of the generated addresses are correct, please select the most appropriate one and include any additional information in your description of the activity.

To successfully save, please ensure all other fields are completed, along with the address and click 'Save Changes'.
