If you are receiving this error message, there are two likely explanations as to why:

  1. Your Volaby account may have been deactivated by your volunteering organisation. This happens if you may have been inactive for a while or for other organisation specific reasons. To resolve this error message, you will need to contact your volunteering organisation. This contact email or phone number should be on the organisations website 😊

  2. You have more than one Volaby account. Have you recently signed up with the same email address to another Volaby account? If you have, you will need to contact Volaby support via the chat icon and resolve with us.
