If you're a volunteer:

Only one report needs to be submitted per activity and only one volunteer per activity can submit a report for an activity. If you are a volunteer and would like to add information to a submitted report, you will need to contact your point of contact at your organisation to do so.

If you're a Team leader/Program Manager/Admin:

If you are a Program Manager or Admin you will be able to change the information in a submitted report.

  1. To discover if an activity report has been completed, go to Activity Report

  2. If there are no activities listed immediately, click View All Incomplete Reports

  3. Click on the activity report you wish to amend by clicking "Edit Report" and resubmitting once complete.
