If an activity cannot occur on a specific date, you will need to cancel the activity. This can be done through the rosters page:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Rosters’ page.

2. Select the activity and date you wish to cancel.

3. Click ‘Cancel Activity’ in the top right corner.

4. Fill in the reason and add any relevant notes and attachments and click ‘Cancel Activity’.

5. If you need to reactivate the activity, this can be done by selecting the cancelled activity and clicking ‘Reactivate’.
