Features & Enhancements:
Organisation Dashboard:
Each organisation now has one shared dashboard alongside each manager's own. Use the new 'View' button in the dashboard toolbar to switch between 'Mine' and 'Organisation'. Everyone with dashboard access can see the Organisation dashboard, but only admins can add, edit or rearrange its widgets. Until an admin sets it up, it shows 'Your organisation hasn't set up its dashboard yet.'
Field Value Widgets:
Dashboard widgets can now report on the answers given in tasks and forms, as well as reports.
New values: 'Field Values' under Tasks and Forms, with Total, Average, Tracking, Target and Custom Multiplier number widgets, plus column, bar, line, area and pie charts.
Field and option filters: choose a report, task or form field. For dropdown, multiple choice, checkbox and yes/no fields, you can narrow the widget to specific options.
By option: charts on option-type fields can be split by option.
Volunteers With Role: a new total widget that counts volunteers holding one or more selected roles.
Rolling Date Ranges:
Widgets can now use 'Last 7 days', 'Last 30 days', 'Last 3 months' and 'Last 12 months'. These are rolling windows that end today. Number widgets now label their totals to match, for example 'Total last 30 days'.
Enterprise Sub-Account Controls:
Master accounts have a new 'Sub-Account Settings' panel in Admin Console > Sub-Accounts. These settings can't be changed by sub-account admins. Once you change them here, apply them under Push Updates > Organisation settings. New sub-accounts get them automatically when created.
Lock core structures: with 'Lock core structures in sub-accounts' on, sub-accounts can view but not create, edit or delete programs, roles, tasks, report types, forms, matching rules, screening questions, resources and email content. Activities, rosters, volunteers and day-to-day work are unaffected. Locked items show a 'Managed by' label with the name of your organisation.
Hidden pages: tick the pages that should be hidden from every sub-account. Hidden pages are removed from the menu and can't be opened by link. Your own account is unaffected.
Personal dashboards: turn off 'Allow personal dashboards in sub-accounts' to show sub-account staff only the Organisation dashboard.
Push default: 'Apply pushes without review by default' sets the starting position of the 'Apply without review' switch on Push Updates.
Enterprise Sharing & Sync:
Share Items: a new 'Share Items' dialog lets you share items with several sub-accounts at once. You can quick-select sub-accounts by program. Anything a selection depends on is copied with it, and sub-accounts that already have an item keep theirs.
Programs column: the Sub-Accounts table now shows which of your programs each sub-account holds.
More to sync: report types (with their fields and options) and the Organisation dashboard can now be pushed to sub-accounts. If a sub-account already has a report type with the same name, it is linked to the pushed one instead of being duplicated.
Matching: sub-accounts that receive matching rules have 'Suggest Matches For Incoming Volunteers' turned on automatically.
Block Availability For Full Sessions:
A new setting in Admin Console > Operations > Availability stops volunteers from indicating availability for sessions that have reached their maximum. Full sessions are greyed out in the availability picker, and rosters where every session is full show as Full. Sessions without a maximum are never full, and admins and managers are not affected. The availability settings have also been grouped together in this section.
Profile Under Review Message:
You can now customise what applicants see after completing their profile, while they wait for a manager to review it. Turn on 'Enable Custom Profile Under Review Message' in Admin Console > Onboarding and write your message. Leave it blank to keep the default message.
Fixes:
Saving an activity no longer removes or changes one-off sessions that were added to it.
A date is no longer shown as Full when one of its sessions has no maximum.
The 'more needed' count on capacity chips is now calculated per session.
Tasks in stages an applicant has already completed no longer show as locked on their incoming volunteer record.
Reordered dropdown options on report fields now keep their order, including when pushed to sub-accounts.
Average widgets now count only completed days, weeks, months or years, giving more accurate averages.
Dashboard labels, filters and table columns now use your organisation's custom words.
Activity tag filters now load correctly when editing an existing widget.
Pending updates in sub-accounts no longer fail to load when a change has no failure reason.
