We have updated and improved the functionality of setting your availability for an Activity. Up until now, Volunteers had to go through each occurrence of an activity and mark themselves as available (on managed rosters) or attending (on open rosters). Now we have the ability to go in and pick and choose which dates into the future you would like to set availabilities for over a set period of time!
There are 2 ways to access the improved functionality,
Activities page:
Navigate to Activities page
Make sure you are on the My Rosters tab
Find the date you are first available for, you can use the calendar function in the top right hand corner if this is easier as well
Use the status dropdown on the activity card to change your status to Available to open the window
Select the Session(s) that you would like to mark yourself available for

Availability Centre
Click the Availability Centre button in the top right hand corner
Choose which activity you would like to start with and click next
Select the Session(s) that you would like to mark yourself available for

Here is where the new functionality comes in:
Choose the frequency that you would like to join, depending on the Activity frequency, this could be daily, weekly, fortnightly or select custom dates to join
If choosing daily, weekly or fortnightly you can then select a length of time into the future to set these availabilities. This could be 1 week, 1 month, 3 months 6 months or 12 months into the future
The dates selected will populate on the right hand side of the calendar at which point you can remove any dates that you know you can't attend or simply select "Done"
And from there, your availabilities will be set for the period you selected! Please note that for "Open Rosters" meaning you are marking yourself as "Attending" and not just available, this will work the same way and you will be on the roster for these nominated dates.
