You can now revoke or bypass tasks for volunteers!

Admins now have the ability to revoke or bypass (mark as not applicable) required and additional tasks to suit volunteers' circumstances.

Bypass a task (mark as not applicable/mark as complete): If you have a volunteer that you need to get on a session quickly, you may wish to bypass a task to allow access and get the task done at a later time

Revoke a task: When checks and licenses expire, you may wish to revoke the related task to ensure volunteers are providing updated information (such as driver's licenses or working with children checks).

To do this you will need to go to the Volunteers tab and select a volunteer.

For tasks that have been completed, you have the option to

  • Mark as not applicable

  • Revoke task

For tasks that have not been completed, you have the option to

  • Mark as not applicable

  • Mark as complete

A record will remain on the task to notify that it was bypassed or revoked as well as the date is was bypassed or revoked and by which admin.

Volaby will also show the status of tasks in which:

  • Green = complete

  • Grey = Not applicable (bypass)

  • Red = incomplete
