Hi there!

This release is jam packed but we think there really is something for everyone.

  1. Track Communications

  2. More Power Over Onboarding Volunteers

  3. Changes to Onboarding Tasks Folders and Visibility for Volunteers

  4. Session Notes

  5. Single Roster Expands to 5 Sessions

  6. Restrict Reports Visibility in General Volunteers

We don't expect you to understand what that all involves. So we have laid it out for you below. There is information and a demonstration video on each new feature below (click the images to open video).

Track Communications

Comms Tracking-1
  • Visit a volunteer's profile and see every email and SMS communications sent to them

  • Also see when they have been opened and clicked

Why is this amazing?

  • Look for an email sent in the past

  • Check your users engagement with your communications

More Power Over Onboarding Volunteers

  • Leave comments against incoming volunteers

  • Bypass incoming volunteers (help them skip some tasks and complete them once in the system)

  • Complete or edit tasks on their behalf whilst still in application phase

  • Review removed applications

Why is this amazing?

  • You can move volunteers through their onboarding process quicker if you're desperate to get them started

  • Help your applicants who might be struggling

  • Leave notes for yourself or other managers

  • Be able to browse applicants who have been previously removed and their completed tasks

Changes to Onboarding Tasks Folders

  • Volunteers will see every task in Onboarding folder (formerly known as Required)

  • Every tasks that exists within the General (formerly Extra) will only appear once when accepted into the system

  • Can add up to 3 extra folders to help categorize your tasks for post onboarding

  • You can change the name of every task category apart from Onboarding to suit your organisation

Why is this amazing?

  • Clearer for your managers

  • No confusion for your volunteers during onboarding

Session Notes, Single Roster Expands to 5 Sessions, Restrict Reports Visibility in General Volunteers

  • Session Notes

You can now designate notes to a specific session of volunteers without confusing or including volunteers on other sessions.

  • Single Roster Expands to 5 Sessions

Whilst in your Single Roster View, you can now expand to see 5 sessions on your screen at the same time.

  • Restrict Reports Visibility in General Volunteers

As an organisation you can now turn on Strict Session Reporting, creating security of information shared if necessary. Having general volunteers only see the session reports they have been rostered on.

Why is this amazing?

  • Creating areas for you to share or handle sensitive information

  • Additional information can be streamlined to who needs them

  • Greater visibility when rostering
