We have added functionality to make it easier than ever to manage your volunteer application. We always aim to streamline your process and start them volunteering sooner!

These features include:

  • Comments against incoming volunteers

  • Bypass incoming volunteers

  • Complete or edit tasks on their behalf whilst in application phase

  • Review removed application

Comments against incoming volunteers

  1. Visit the Volunteers page

  2. Click the Incoming Volunteers tab

  3. Select a volunteer to open their application

  4. Enter a comment and click post

  5. You can react to comments, as well as click the down arrow beside comments to edit, delete

This can now been seen by all users that have access to that application. You can use this feature to leave notes for others or yourself!

Example: Helen volunteered with us years ago so no sign up phone call needed.

Bypass incoming volunteers

  1. Visit the Volunteers page

  2. Click the Incoming Volunteers tab

  3. Select a volunteer to open their application

  4. Hit the Bypass button to have them skip their remaining tasks and gain access to the system - they will have the chance to complete their remaining tasks on their My Elements page but they are not required

Complete or edit tasks on their behalf

  1. Visit the Volunteers page

  2. Click the Incoming Volunteers tab

  3. Select a volunteer to open their application

  4. Complete all information from the task then hit save at the bottom of the page to submit

Review removed applications

  1. Visit the Volunteers page

  2. Click the Incoming Volunteers tab

  3. Change the Show Active filter to Show Removed

You will then be able to view all removed applications and export this information if you would like.
