The Rosters page offers three views, each suited to a different workflow. Switch between them using the View Selector dropdown in the toolbar. Your choice is remembered for next time.
Single View
One roster at a time with full detail. Shows the volunteer list, session columns, availability status, and all roster actions (publish, add volunteer, notes, cancel, mark as full, print). Best for building and reviewing individual rosters.
Bulk View
Multiple rosters shown in a table with dates across the top. Click volunteer availability cells to roster or unroster across several dates in one sitting. Bulk View also supports sending bulk reminders to all rostered volunteers at once. Desktop only.
Calendar View
Rosters displayed as colour-coded events on a calendar. Choose a sub-view from the toolbar:
Month — the default, all rosters on a monthly grid
Week — hourly detail for a single week
Day — hourly detail for a single day
List — upcoming rosters in table format
Resource Timeline — volunteer-centric layout showing who's assigned where (if enabled for your organisation)
Click any roster on the calendar to open its detail dialog.
Default view settings
Set your default view (and default Calendar sub-view) from the settings icon in the Rosters toolbar. Your preference is saved per user.
