Marking a roster as Full is a manual lock that stops volunteers from adding or removing themselves for that date. It does not read the session minimum and maximum numbers β those are separate guidance values. Full is a deliberate action you take when you want to freeze volunteer self-service.
Marking a roster as Full
Open the roster in Single View
Open the Options menu
Select Mark as Full
The roster shows a red "FULL" badge. Managers can still add and remove volunteers as needed.
Removing Full status
Open the Options menu again and select Remove Full status. The roster returns to normal and volunteers can self-manage again.
When to use it
Useful for dates where an external group is filling the team (corporates, school groups, community partners), or when you've finalised the team and don't want any more changes from volunteers.
