You will need to be an Admin to complete this task.

Follow the steps below to add volunteers to a program:

  1. Navigate to Program Management.

  2. Under Active Programs, click on the program you wish to add volunteers to/remove volunteers from.

  3. Scroll to the Volunteers section and click Edit Volunteers

  4. Scroll to show all Volunteers. Click Add Volunteers

  5. Click on the box beside volunteer's name from the list presented to select (these are active volunteers in your volunteer database only)

  6. Click Add Volunteers.

  7. When you are finished, click Done.

Follow the steps below to remove volunteers to a program:

  1. Navigate to Program Management.

  2. Under Active Programs, click on the program you wish to add volunteers to/remove volunteers from.

  3. Scroll to the Volunteers section and click Edit Volunteers

  4. Click on the X beside the name of the volunteer you wish to remove from the program (they will disappear as you do this)

  5. When you are finished, click Done
