You will need to be an Admin to complete this task.

Follow the steps below to add volunteers to a program:

  1. Click Program Management (under Admin in the console)

  2. Under Active Programs, click on the program you wish to add volunteers to/remove volunteers from

  3. Scroll to the Volunteers section and click Edit Volunteers

  4. Scroll to show and click Show All Volunteers

  5. Click Add Volunteers

  6. Click on the volunteer/s from the list presented (these are active volunteers in your volunteer database only)

  7. Click Add Volunteers

  8. When you are finished, click Done

Follow the steps below to remove volunteers to a program:

  1. Click Program Management (under Admin in the console)

  2. Under Active Programs, click on the program you wish to add volunteers to/remove volunteers from

  3. Scroll to the Volunteers section and click Edit Volunteers

  4. Click on the volunteers you wish to remove from the program (they will disappear as you do this)

  5. When you are finished, click Done
