Every email and SMS Volaby sends to a volunteer is logged and visible from their profile. Use this to check whether a volunteer received a specific communication, see if they opened it, or troubleshoot delivery issues.
Viewing a volunteer's communication history
Open the volunteer's profile from the Volunteer Database
Go to the Communications tab
You'll see every email and SMS sent to that volunteer, newest first. Each entry shows:
Subject (for emails) or message content (for SMS)
Send time and sender
Delivery status: Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, or Bounced
Click any message to see its full content.
Searching and filtering
For volunteers with a long communication history, click View More to open the full list with search and filtering by type, date and time.
